Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you purchased the items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is approved, we will inform you the refund information and where to send the product back.
Damaged/Wrong item

Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. No need to return the damaged item received. Simply take a photograph and send it to Once we receive the photograph, we will issue replacement. Easy, that’s what we like.
